Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date for a refund or store credit.

Additional Returns Guidelines

Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all labels, tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will only be refunded directly back to the gift card. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Restocking fee $10

HUSH TAN cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. You can send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice at your expense.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Where returns are processed for store credit, a HUSH TAN gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

Gift returns exchanged for store credit will be issued as a HUSH TAN gift card to the gift recipient, once the return order is in transit back to us.
